หลังจากการประกาศใช้ พระราชบัญญัติภาษีการรับมรดก พ.ศ.2558 เมื่อวันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2558 ที่ผ่านมา คงทำให้หลายคนคุ้นหูกับคำว่า ภาษีมรดก กันมากขึ้น ข้อกำหนดดังกล่าวนี้จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในอีก 180 วันข้างหน้านับจากวันที่ประกาศในพระราชกิจจานุเบกษา หรือประมาณวันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 นั่นเอง และเพื่อเป็นการเตรียมพร้อมรับกฎหมายนี้ เรามาทำความรู้จักกับเรื่องราวของ ภาษีมรดก กันดีกว่า!
